2021 Happy Canyon Sauvignon Blanc

The Happy Canyon AVA is blessed with both warm and cool climates, allowing for a multitude of grape varieties to thrive here.  Our vineyard is located in the warmest microclimate in the Santa Ynez Valley, which is the perfect setting for growing world-class Sauvignon Blanc. Cool nights give way to dense early morning fog, followed by long afternoons full of bright sunshine. This weather pattern is ideal for developing complex flavors in our grapes.

Our 2021 Happy Canyon Sauvignon Blanc opens with fresh aromas of pineapple, coconut, and candied lemon. Flavors of mango and honeydew melon greet the palate, laced with hints of coconut and tart pear. This wine has a lovely softness and roundness to the finish, which beautifully balances the bright acidity. It is truly a “staycation in a glass!”
