Across the creek bed nestled just behind our estate pond, you'll find the stunning hilltop where the majority of our Reserve Cabernet grapes are harvested. Rooted in luscious, calcium-rich soil, these vines boast grapes of an elevated quality which offer an even more refined flavor profile.

This wine opens with aromas of vanilla, baking spice, and lavender, laced with a hint of worn leather. Flavors of rich plum and blackberry coat the palate, followed by a glimpse of cocoa and caramel. Although drinkable upon its arrival to your doorstep, we recommend cellaring this wine for 3-5 years, as its youthful profile will continue to mature and develop with time.
