Follow a Vine - Episode 3
We’re checking in with an update on our Equipo vine since episode 2.
These gorgeous grape clusters are happily soaking up the sun, but nature is moving fast this year-we are currently pacing 6 to 8 weeks ahead of last year's schedule! This means extra hang time on the vines, which brings incredible potential for flavor development and a stellar vintage, but it also means our winemaking team is working double-time to clear out the cellar and get our equipment looking pristine before harvest hits early.
