NEW RELEASE! We are thrilled to share our fifth vintage of our Afiora Rosé. We have fondly named this wine “Afiora,” as a tribute to Afiora Grassini. Afiora and her husband, Articondo, were the first members of the Grassini family to leave Pisa, Italy to start a new life in America.

Aromas of peach, rose, and fresh morning dew offer a welcoming introduction to this lovely wine. The light pink hue, reminiscent of a spring sunset, is luminant in the glass. The palate sizzles with flavors of nectarine, cantaloupe, and green apple, with underlying traces of honeysuckle. While some rosés are a byproduct of red wine production, made by capturing lightly colored juice that is bled off during red wine production, our Afiora Rosé is made with intention at every step.

Bright, crisp, and polished, this wine sips like a dream! Though it is quite light, our 2021 Afiora Rosé demonstrates fantastic depth of flavor and texture. Pair this beautiful fruit-forward wine with a rich creamy cheese, and the layers of flavor will truly shine!
