Blending in Winemaking

What looks like a simple process is actually one of the most detailed moments in winemaking. In this timelapse, our winemakers are working through the blending process — tasting individual lots from different vineyard blocks and barrels, then gradually bringing them together.

Small adjustments in percentage can shift the structure, aromatics, and texture, as they work to balance tannin, acidity, and fruit until the wine feels complete. Every decision helps shape what you’ll eventually experience in the glass.
