Allocations are released three times a year, with pricing varying by membership level. The average cost per release (after your membership discount, excluding tax and shipping) is:

Clava Sei: $325–$425

Clava Otto: $400–$550

Clava Dodici: $550–$750

Yes! All membership levels allow you to customize your allocation, so you can choose the wines that best suit your preferences. We will notify you 2-3 weeks prior to each club release to let you know which wines will be included in your upcoming allocation, as well as the deadline to customize your wine selection. Changes made after the set deadline may still be accommodated, but additional fees may apply.

Starting in 2025, we’ve changed our number of annual club allocations from four to three. Members must take a minimum of three allocations per year in order to maintain an active status in our wine club and continue to receive benefits. With that said, members are welcome to choose alternative shipping dates if our scheduled dates are not ideal!

Yes. By signing up, you agree to a minimum of two shipments. If you choose to cancel before receiving your second shipment, a $50 administrative fee will apply.

Complimentary shipping is available for Clava Dodici members. Clava Sei and Clava Otto members do not receive complimentary shipping; however, we typically offer a flat shipping rate so that our members know what to expect.

The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned, we can reship the order; however, additional shipping fees will apply. Verification of age is required upon delivery, and we recommend using an address, such as a place of business address, to ensure an adult is on-site to sign for order.

Absolutely! You can pick up your club orders at either our Downtown Santa Barbara Tasting Room or our Santa Ynez Estate. Please note that pickups at our Santa Ynez location require an advance appointment.

If you’re unable to pick up your order, we’re happy to ship it upon request. Standard shipping fees apply.

Orders not picked up within 90 days of the release date are subject to substitution, as specific wines cannot be guaranteed. Grassini Family Vineyards may replace them with comparable in-stock wines as needed.

As a member, you’ll receive the following number of complimentary tastings at our Downtown Tasting Room:

• Clava Sei: 2 tastings (value $30 each / $60 total value)

• Clava Otto: 4 tastings (value $30 each / $120 total value)

• Clava Dodici: 6 tastings (value $30 each / $180 total value)

Your membership includes complimentary tastings at our Estate Vineyard & Winery in Santa Ynez. Here’s how many semi-private tastings you’ll receive each visit:

• Clava Sei: 4 tastings (value $50–$75 each / $200-$300 total value)

• Clava Otto: 6 tastings (value $50–$75 each / $300-$450 total value)

• Clava Dodici: 8 tastings (value $50–$75 each / $400-600 total value)

We want to encourage our members to share our wines and tasting experiences with friends and family! As such, we also offer a discounted tasting rate for additional guests, beyond the number of complimentary tastings you receive as a benefit of your membership. The discounted rate is typically 50% of the fee that we charge to non-members. Ex: $30 → $15.

Yes! All levels of membership include invitations to members-only events such as:

• Winemaker dinners

• Barrel tastings

• Pick-up parties in our Downtown Tasting Room and Estate Winery events
