What: 2nd Annual Santa Barbara Winter Wine Walk
When: Friday, February 14th & Saturday, February 15th, 12-5pm
Where: Wineries of the Presidio Neighborhood

 

Join us for the 2nd Annual "Santa Barbara Winter Wine Walk" on Valentine's weekend! Stroll through the beautiful Presidio Neighborhood, in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Enjoy a taste of one white wine and one red wine paired with a light bite at each of the eight Presidio Neighborhood Tasting Rooms.

Participating tasting rooms are Au Bon Climat, Barden Wines, Cebada Wine, Frequency Wine Company, Grassini Family Vineyards, Happy Canyon Vineyard, Jamie Slone Wines and Silver Wines.

Guests may check-in and begin their experience at any of the winery tasting rooms and then enjoy a short walk to the rest!

Choose your day to enjoy the experience (Either Friday or Saturday!) Tickets are $64, limited and specific by day, and may be purchased online.

What: Feast of Apicius
Where: Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History
When: Saturday, April 11th, 2-5pm

 

The name “Feast of Apicius” derives from the 1st century Roman epicure, Marcus Gavius Apicius, who inspired the world’s first cookbook “De Re Coquinaria”. At this event, chefs will create an appetizer adapted from one of the recipes from this ancient cookbook and can opt to participate in the top-chef cook-off with a panel of guest judges. Each appetizer will be paired with a carefully selected wine.

The region's premier wine and food festival returns Saturday, June 27, 2020 with another epic line up of wineries and food purveyors. Sip and savor 100+ of the Central Coast's best wineries and culinary delights while enjoying the Museum's beautiful, creekside setting under majestic redwoods and oak trees.

One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the Santa Barbara Wine + Food Festival supports the Museum’s nature and science education programs.
